| I am greatful to have run across your wed site. I found it in Bill Henderson's newsletter.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan. of 2007. A needle biopsy was performed in my breast and lymph node showing a positive test for type 2 cancer. It's called infiltrated invasive, moderately differentiated ductal carsonoma, DCIS Her2-ner positive. Later, a PET scan showed a spot on my lung that the Doctor said could indicate stage 4 cancer. HE wanted to do a biopsy on the lung to afirm his suspicions, but by then I was aware that a biopsy could spread cancer cells and didn't feel it was necessary.
My mother had passed away in June of 2006, after a 16 month battle with breast cancer. She followed the doctors advice and had a radical mastectomy, followed with chemotherapy then radiation. Her last year of life was miserable and I was determined that there was a better way.
I have changed to an alkalizing diet, do daily exercise and have a variety of energy work done (ie Rieke), and more. I've been able to retard any growth and my health has improved dramatically. I monitor the state of the cancer and lung spot with occasional PET scans. I did notice about two weeks ago, a small, new lump starting above the main tumor. My next PET scan is in May. It has been 15 months since my diagnosis and I am greatful that everything is going this well. I am constantly searching for anything else that will help with this healing. It is nice to have like minded people, going through similar situations, to share this with. I plan to update you with my progress and share anything I find that helps. Thanks again for starting this web site.
Sincerely,
Jerine |
