How I am curing my cancer without doctors and medicine.

My daily log

I log everything that I think plays a role in my health. This helps me determine what affects me positively, or negatively, so that I can adjust my approach.

Thank you so much for your website. I am on Dr. Young's e-mail list and rec'd the attachment. I do not have cancer..Thank the Lord..but I did have an aunt that passed at 58 from colon cancer. I just want to congratulate you for having the courage to follow what you feel in your heart is what God intended. I know that's not easy. I often say a prayer to bless Dr. Young to give him courage and strength to get his message out..because I often wonder how he does it. I try talking to people about his program and it's mostly like talking to a wall. It's very frustrating. I believe 100% what he teaches. I honestly can say I am not alkaline, but would love to be. Right now I try to use it as a guide, but in the past have felt very guilty for eating what I knew I shouldn't. I have a terrible sweet tooth, which I inhereited from both my parents and my whole family seems to have it. I am in a very difficult financial situation right now, so in addition to the stress I also don't have a lot of money for food each week...yet adding to my stress...so I end up buying whatever I can afford...usually grill cheese, peanut butter and fluff...acidic food. I have a hard time implementing the recipe's for some reason, but i will never give up. You are right, it is difficult when others around you don't believe what you do. I really enjoyed reading your daily log with what you ate/drank, because I can see first hand what it's like. A little different than reading a recommendation for some reason. The supergreens tend to make me very hungry, so I never seem to find a "good" time to drink them. I need to start again, for health and to lose the weight I gained from having a baby THREE years ago. I cannot stand having extra weight...it makes me nuts. I will be checking back to your site regularly, and will say a prayer for you and would like to just encourage you to keep going!! With your determination I know you can do it. Just think by transforming your health, there may be countless others that will be watching you and think if he can do it why can't I? You will be in effect saving many other lives by saving your own! God bless you...He is counting on you!! :) Kim, Boston, MA USA
