| You are doing absolutely wonderful! You asked for comments... well the only tweaking I would do is to add 3-4 teaspoons Soy sprout powder, also increase the clay to 3 times daily. Less heated food (I know...) less on the carrot do more kale, green vitamix juices, also use green powders in pH water (squeeze lemon or lime in it). If you have never done a colon cleanse, I highly recommend this (I have had clients get in excess of 15 feet of plaque out of the bowels, also allows for absorbtions of nutrients)... Call me if you want my input. This may shift you into a new level of wellness... The biggest thing is elimination and at this point 5-7 liters of greens and pH are what your body weight (194 pounds) dictates to see "miracles". Email back and I will attach documents about Soy sprouts and clay if you wish... Just want to let you know...on your "life maintanence" plan that you are doing, you are no longer swimming upstream to stay alive and well...Good For You (and the others you help!) Blessings, Jeri |
